This one was from a trusted source (J. Kenji Lopez-Alt) and while the chicken was popular the Peanut Tamarind Dipping sauce was the star of the show that day. It's easy to make and great on everything.<br />
<br />
Thanks, Kenji!<br />

The only thing I don't like is that when you quick release the IP it bubbles/froths out of the pressure release and you have the wash the lid well. It's really not a big deal.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
And careful- it yields a LOT of mac and cheese. My kids have no problem with this.</div>

I liked that it was electronic and less scary than stovetop pressure cookers and the Instant Pot seems to have a cult following. Amazon Prime Day sealed the deal- W and I both saw the IP for a great price and texted each other at the same time.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I've had a good amount of success with the IP thanks to Facebook groups and online recipes, and I appreciate the amount of time I've saved with it. I made this Instant Pot Beef Stew for some friends and it got rave reviews. </div>

Thanks, Jennifer Robins of Predominantly Paleo! I didn't make this recipe paleo but it was great as written.<br />

<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Turn your Instant Pot onto “Saute” and put in your oil and tenderloin</li>

<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Stir once more then place the lid on your Instant Pot and press “Stew/Meat”</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">The setting should automatically set itself for 35 minutes on high pressure</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Make sure your steam valve is closed and let it cook as indicated by the display</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Once cooking is complete, your Instant Pot should automatically switch over to warm – You can leave it as is or quick release the pressure. I let mine rest and release the pressure on its own slowly.</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">After about 20 minutes passed on the “Warm” setting, you can then open the top</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Carefully ladle out about 1/4 of the liquid and combine that in a small bowl with the arrowroot flour</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">Add the slurry back into the pot and stir to thicken</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">At this time you may taste the stew and see if you’d like to add in additional salt; it is better to start low and add then to over-salt from the beginning</li>
<li style="box-sizing: border-box; list-style-type: decimal; margin-left: 2rem;">At this time you may serve the stew or leave it on the “Warm” setting until ready to enjoy</li>

Which means I didn't know anything about Taiwanese food until college, either! So sad.<br />
<br />
My friend Jen Che has an award-winning food blog that occasionally highlights Taiwanese food recipes and we've used this one the most. It's a simple comfort food and it takes very little time to put together. I always add more black mushrooms because they're delicious.<br /><br />Thanks, Jen! I love your site!<br /><br />
<a href="http://www.tinyurbankitchen.com/taiwanese-meat-sauce-over-rice-lo-bah/">Taiwanese Meat Sauce Over Rice</a><br />
<br />
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Serif', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22.75px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: 5px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;">Ingredients</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />2 dried black mushrooms<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />5 shallots, minced<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />1/2 lb ground pork<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />1 t rice wine<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />1/2 cup soy sauce<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />2 cups water<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />1 t sugar<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />1/2 t 5-spice powder<br style="box-sizing: border-box;" />6 cups rice (cooked)</div>
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Serif', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22.75px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: 5px; padding: 0px;">
Soak the mushrooms in hot water until soft. Meanwhile, mince the shallots. I used a food processor, which made it a lot easier. When mushrooms are soft, slice them into thin pieces.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Serif', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22.75px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: 5px; padding: 0px;">
Add 1 T of vegetable oil to a wok and put on medium high heat. When the oil is hot, add shallots and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes, until they start to brown a lot. <span style="text-align: center;">Add mushrooms and ground pork. Stir fry until the pork is cooked. Add rice wine, soy sauce, water, sugar, and 5-spice powder.</span></div>
<div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #333333; font-family: 'Droid Serif', 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22.75px; margin-bottom: 30px; margin-top: 5px; padding: 0px;">
<span style="text-align: center;">Let it simmer for 1 hour. </span>Ladle out the meat mixture and pour over rice. <span style="text-align: center;">There will be a lot of excess liquid. Leave that in the pot. You can optionally mix the meat sauce together with rice as well and garnish with some scallions and red pepper flakes.</span></div>

This one was a little bit different; our old waffle maker made thinner, crispier Eggo-like waffles and this one was a little closer to Belgian waffles. <br />
<br />
I tried my previous waffle recipe with this waffle maker and it didn't come out right. I found this recipe on allrecipes and it worked really well. I followed some tips from the reviews and beat the egg whites separately before adding them to the batter. The waffles were perfect and I doubled the recipe so I could freeze the leftovers. My daughter loves them for breakfast and I love that I can just pop them in the toaster oven.<br />
<br />
They're great for breakfast but also a fun snack with cookie butter and peaches. <br />
<br />
Thanks, oneshyofabunch! <br />

I love slow-cooked pork and this slow-cooker carnitas recipe is top notch. We love how juicy the meat is and the seasoning is perfect. I'm pretty sure I've cooked more pork shoulder than most people do but I don't care. It's that good. We didn't even bother frying it because we wanted to eat it right away.<div>

She loves gyro meat and I decided to see if she would eat lamb, too. She ate it eagerly, even after I gave her a vague answer about what kind of animal she was eating. <br />
<br />
This recipe was really easy and was a quick way to eat lamb shoulder chops. Most other recipes require slow cooking but this was probably an hour from start to finish. I marinated the chops in Worcestershire sauce before breading them. The breading didn't come out crunchy but the flavor was fine.<br />
<br />
Thank you, Leslie W Dobson and allrecipes!<br />

We love a version at Sam Woo with beef and black bean sauce but we also like a more plain version (especially my daughter.) I wish I had a wok to make this properly but my wok-like Calphalon does a decent job, too. I think the hardest part is separating the rice noodles cuz they're so oily.<br />
<br />
Thank you, Woks of Life! My daughter loves it when I make "flat noodles!"<br />

salt and white pepper, to taste</div>
<div class="ingredient" id="zlrecipe-ingredient-18" itemprop="ingredients" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
4 to 6 ounces fresh mung bean sprouts</div>
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-0" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Combine the beef and marinade ingredients and let it marinate for about an hour. The little bit of baking soda tenderizes the meat.</div>
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-1" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Some rice noodles come as large sheets, while others are already cut. If you have the sheets, slice the rice noodles so they're about 1/2-3/4 of an inch thick.</div>
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-2" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Heat your wok over high heat until smoking, and add 1 1/2 tablespoons oil to coat the wok. Add the beef and sear until browned. As long as your wok is hot enough, the meat shouldn't stick. Set aside. Add a little more oil to the wok. Then add the ginger first to infuse the oil with its rich flavor for about 15 seconds. Add the scallions.</div>
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-3" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Spread the noodles evenly in the wok and stir-fry the whole mix on high until it is mixed evenly, about 15 seconds. Add the shaoxing wine around the rim of the wok.</div>
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-4" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-top: 1em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Next, add the sesame oil, soy sauces, pinch of sugar, and a bit of salt and pepper to taste (taste the noodles before adding salt) along with the beef. Stir fry, making sure your spatula scrapes the bottom of the wok and you lift the ho fun in an upward motion to mix well and coat them evenly with the soy sauce.</div>
<span id="zlrecipe-ingredients-list" style="background-color: white; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: 'Hoefler Text', 'Baskerville old face', Garamond, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 17px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"></span><span class="instructions" id="zlrecipe-instructions-list" style="background-color: white; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: 'Hoefler Text', 'Baskerville old face', Garamond, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 17px; font-stretch: inherit; line-height: 1.5em; margin: 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;"></span><br />
<div class="instruction" id="zlrecipe-instruction-5" itemprop="recipeInstructions" style="border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant: inherit; font-weight: inherit; line-height: 1.2em; margin: 1em 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
If the noodles were cold and refrigerated when you started, you may have to toss the noodles longer to heat them through properly. If the noodles are fresh, then less time will be required. Your heat should remain as high as possible at all times. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are just tender. Serve!</div>

I just remember the meat! I love pork and having a good char siu recipe became a necessity when it wasn't just 10 minutes away.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I tried this with pork belly as written but I didn't love the cut. My dad suggested pork shoulder instead and it was just right. The pork shoulder I bought was huge so I froze some of it with the marinade. I actually might do this in the future because it came out great and I didn't have to make the marinade a separate time.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I've made it with and without the fermented red bean curd and I think it just came out sweeter without it (besides not having the signature color.) I might cut back on the sugar a little next time, too.</div>
<div>

Thank you, Rasa Malaysia! My Chinese food repertoire is more complete now.</div>

I decided on biscuits because carbs=love in this house.<br />
<br />
I've become a Serious Eat junkie and found this recipe because it looked easy. The biscuits were so soft and were great even two days after. I used it first for chicken stew and then last night for peach shortcakes (with the whipped cream).<br />

Thanks, Marissa Sertich Velie!<br />

Store-bought granola can either be really delicious or really gross and lately the really delicious brand has been pretty expensive. I decided to make my own, and I might not ever go back. <div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The best part? Being able to add whatever I want. I've been getting ingredients from the bulk food section so it doesn't cost a fortune.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I forgot why I looked for a cookie butter granola recipe but I don't regret it. This version is super easy and totally addictive. </div>
<div>

<div>
Thanks, Rachel Gurk! I love this granola. I should make some tonight.</div>

Every once in awhile she eats them happily and steadily and it makes mealtime enjoyable.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Last night my husband and I made Taiwanese Pork Chops since we don't get a lot of Taiwanese food around here. We made four (thin cut) and my daughter was asking for more once they were all gone. Her first bite was adorable- she put it in her mouth and her eyes totally lit up. W says his grandmother would have been proud that she liked Taiwanese food. "Crispy meat," as she calls it, is probably going to be a once-a-month treat. And we'll probably have to make twice as much.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The flavors in this marinade were spot-on. We used cornstarch and it was the perfect texture. Thanks, SHARONLIN! </div>

"What do you want me to make?" I asked. "I know you'll think of something." I love that confidence!<br />
<br />
Anyway, I was either going to do David Chang's Bo Ssam or this ramen recipe and I opted for this one since it would just be the three of us (technically four) eating it. I didn't add all the extras because I'm a little pressed for time nowadays, but the result was still really delicious. I took the time to caramelize the pork because I felt like that was worth it. I omitted the curry paste and hot sauce because V can't handle spicy yet. We ate it with pho noodles since I had some in the fridge. <br />
<br />
Thank you, Half Baked Harvest, for a delicious recipe! Someday I hope to make the full recipe but just the broth and pork themselves were worth it. <br />

<br />
Blackberries were the inspiration for these scones, but they were just as good without the blackberries, too. They were light and lemony. I think you could easily use this as a base for other berries or even chocolate chips.<br />
<br />
Thanks to Joanne and Adam Gallagher of Inspired Taste for creating this recipe! The website has a great step-by-step tutorial as well. Grating butter is definitely the way to go for maximum butter distribution. I had to substitute yogurt for sour cream which made the batter a little too moist but I just dropped them like biscuits and baked them for 16 minutes. This yielded 12 smaller scones for me.<br />

Now I know that it's a lot more delicious as a hot dish. What were we thinking?<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The recipe I've been using comes straight from the bag of japchae noodles. I probably modify the technique/ingredients a little bit to make it faster but otherwise everything else is the same. <br />
<br />
Thanks to ASSI for printing the recipe. <br />
<br />
Ingredients:<br />
1.1 lbs of ASSI Dangmyeon<br />
7 oz of beef<br />
5 pieces of shitake mushroom<br />
5 pieces of black mushroom<br />
1 carrot<br />
1 bunch of spinach<br />
1 onion<br />
1 egg<br />
<br />
For sauce<br />
6 Tbsp of soy sauce<br />
1 Tbsp of sugar<br />
2 tbsp chopped green onion<br />
1 tbsp of minced garlic<br />
1 tbsp of sesame oil<br />
Roasted sesame seeds<br />
<br />
Instructions:<br />
1. Slice the beef, shiitake mushrooms, black mushrooms, carrot and onion and fry them until fully cooked.<br />
2. Parboil the spinach and after cooking rinse it under cold water. After draining the water, mix the spinach with salt, sesame oil and minced garlic.<br />
3. Separate the egg whites from the yolk and cook them separately using a fry pan. After cooking, slice them into strips.<br />
4. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Cook the ASSI Dangmyeon noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Afterwards drain the noodles and rinse thoroughly under cold water. Mix all the ingredients with the sauce and noodles and cook everything under medium heat in a fry pan.<br />

She likes it steamed and deep-fried, so pan-fried wasn't too much of a risk.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
This recipe was nice because she could help, too. I let her help me coat the fish with flour (which I now consider essential for pan-fried fish because it prevents the fish from sticking to the pan.) She ate almost an entire filet by herself. I didn't even have to use butter at the end.</div>

Thanks to AppleChef for this delicious recipe! I'm grateful for fast seafood recipes.</div>

She's not a fan of chocolate so V and I made her classic peanut butter cookies. <br />
<br />
There are hundreds of recipes for this but I was immediately drawn to Joanne Chang's version from Flour. I had her on the brain since I just started following her on Instagram and she posts pictures of pastries almost every day. Flour is our favorite bakery in Boston and I love Joanne's cookbook. I don't have the hard copy with me now but thankfully someone else posted the recipe on her blog.<br />
<br />
Thanks to Joanne Chang and Madeline from Thursday Night Baking! These cookies are perfect. We halved the recipe and it still made almost 30 cookies. No stand mixer was required either- just some good old-fashioned elbow grease. 10 minutes wasn't quite long enough for us so I ended up somewhere around 13 minutes. The warm cookies were amazing with caramel swirl ice cream, and they were nice and crisp the next day.<br />

I thought it was pretty on par with Three Cup Chicken that we've eaten at Taiwanese restaurants in Boston. <br />

I've made it three times now and it's never disappointed me. I most recently made it with my mom and toddler and they were able to help with the assembly process (and had a lot of fun in the process.) My daughter loved them so much that she did her best to eat more than one roll at each sitting (and often succeeded.)<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
It's not a fast recipe (you need at least 2 1/2 hours from start to finish, more if you refrigerate the dough for a little) but it yields a lot of cinnamon rolls. I usually don't add coffee to the frosting but I'm sure it'd be delicious if I did. It was a nice intro to baking with yeast as well.</div>

Thanks, Ree! </div>

Preparation Instructions</h4>
<div itemprop="instructions" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); border: 0px; color: #5f6161; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, san-serif; font-size: 12px; line-height: 12px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
For the dough, heat the milk, vegetable oil, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat to just below a boil. Set aside and cool to warm. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit on the milk for 1 minute.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Add 8 cups of the flour. Stir until just combined, then cover with a clean kitchen towel, and set aside in a relatively warm place for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove the towel and add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and the remaining 1 cup flour. Stir thoroughly to combine. Use the dough right away, or place in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for up to 3 days, punching down the dough if it rises to the top of the bowl. (Note: dough is easier to work with if it’s been chilled for at least an hour or so beforehand.)</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Preheat the oven to 375°F.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
To assemble the rolls, remove half the dough from the pan/bowl. On a floured baking surface, roll the dough into a large rectangle, about 30 x 10 inches. The dough should be rolled very thin.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
To make the filling, pour 3/4 cup to 1 cup of the melted butter over the surface of the dough. Use your fingers to spread the butter evenly. Generously sprinkle half of the ground cinnamon and 1 cup of the sugar over the butter. Don’t be afraid to drizzle on more butter or more sugar! Gooey is the goal.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Now, beginning at the end farthest from you, roll the rectangle tightly towards you. Use both hands and work slowly, being careful to keep the roll tight. Don’t worry if the filling oozes as you work; that just means the rolls are going to be divine. When you reach the end, pinch the seam together and flip the roll so that the seam is face down. When you’re finished, you’ll wind up with one long buttery, cinnamony, sugary, gooey log.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Slip a cutting board underneath the roll and with a sharp knife, make 1/2-inch slices. One “log “will produce 20 to 25 rolls. Pour a couple of teaspoons of melted butter into disposable foil cake pans and swirl to coat. Place the sliced rolls in the pans, being careful not to overcrowd. (Each pan will hold 7 to 9 rolls.)</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Repeat the rolling/sugar/butter process with the other half of the dough and more pans. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cover all the pans with a kitchen towel and set aside to rise on the countertop for at least 20 minutes before baking. Remove the towel and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown. Don’t allow the rolls to become overly brown.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
While the rolls are baking, make the maple icing: In a large bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, butter, coffee, and salt. Splash in the maple flavoring. Whisk until very smooth. Taste and add in more maple, sugar, butter, or other ingredients as needed until the icing reaches the desired consistency. The icing should be somewhat thick but still very pourable.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Remove pans from the oven. Immediately drizzle icing over the top. Be sure to get it all around the edges and over the top. As they sit, the rolls will absorb some of the icing’s moisture and flavor. They only get better with time… not that they last for more than a few seconds. Make them for a friend today! It’ll seal the relationship for life. I promise.</div>

Kenji Lopez-Alt has been one of my favorite food writers for some time now, and I finally got around to making one of his recipes for a family dinner. One of my family members is not very adventurous when it comes to new food but she ate half of the garlic knots. I'd consider it a success.<br />
<br />
I can't even tell you how many hours I've spent reading Food Lab articles. Let's just say it was worth it for this recipe.<br />

Pioneer Woman to the rescue! We omitted the olives and completely forgot to buy cheese but just added whatever shredded cheese we had (it was a Mexican blend and I used maybe only half a cup.) I forgot to add panko crumbs, too. Either way it was delicious. <br />
<br />
Thanks, Ree!<br />

Preparation Instructions</h4>
<div itemprop="instructions" style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 12px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline;">
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Cook pasta until not quite done - al dente according to package instructions (it will finish cooking in the oven.) Drain, rinse, and set aside.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
In a large pot, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and salt, then saute for a couple more minutes. Pour in the wine and allow it to cook with the mushrooms for several minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Sprinkle in flour, then stir the mushrooms around for another minute. Pour in the broth and stir, cooking for another few minutes until the roux thickens.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Reduce heat to medium low. Cut cream cheese into pieces and add it to the pot. Stir it to melt (don't be concerned if the cream cheese remains in little bits for awhile; it'll melt eventually!) Add the leftover turkey, the olives, the peas, the bacon, and the cheeses. Stir to combine, adding salt and pepper as needed.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Add the cooked spaghetti and stir it to combine. Splash in more broth as needed; you want the mixture to have a little extra moisture since it will cook off in the oven. If it's a little soupy, that's fine! Add up to 2 more cups of liquid if you think it needs it.</div>
<div style="background: transparent; border: 0px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; outline: 0px; padding: 15px 0px 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and sprinkle the top with Panko crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the crumbs are golden brown.</div>
